Poo's story is amazing and I get teary just thinking about it.
Anji has done amazing things for this community and we were very very lucky to meet her and hear her talk about Poo and all the work they are doing in Bangkok! AMAZING!

The key ingredients!! Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal.
Half cook... half watch and then take turns eating... it worked great!
Spices etc. for the beef tenderloin with cashew nuts...
oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, oil, and Thai chili paste!
Beginning ingredients of beef tenderloin dish, you can use chicken too...
Some folks are already full (not me :)) so Poo is teaching us the Thai baggy trick!!!
Pad Thai ingredients, we could pick prawn (shrimp) or chicken...

You have to soak the noodles in warm water, not cold not hot... warm!!!

Poo taught us about different fruits. this one was good but I broke it too hard and it looks like snot, tastes really good though!!

Don't think I have a picture of this fruit~ santol but if you get too close to the edge its very sour...
This one tasted like plastic and Poo said 80% of Thai's don't like it.
