Kristy and I ran around Friday for a little bit

here is my street Guava!

~Kristy ended up stabbing herself in the foot with a fruit stick they give you with your fruit.

She went to the doctor the next day and it was infected... so watch out for junk on the street!!

We tried to go to wine connection next door for a quick glass of wine...

Bangkok has a rule you cannot buy alcohol from 2pm-5pm.

Normally you can buy it at a restaurant but wine connection also sells wine in a little shop so I am assuming that is why the rule applies to them.

So we headed on the BTS to a cute restaurant Lyn loves!

 Later that evening we met up with Ed Steece and his work friend Jamie!

We are SOOOO excited to see a familiar Texas face!!

No Idea Restaurant

We went to a cute new restaurant to listen to a band we like and they ended up having great food!

Ed and Jamie each got pizza that looked really good!

Yay music time!  we love this band!

Ed and Jamie (Ed doesn't like pictures so he says he always makes a face like he is laughing)...

so John and I try the same (not too cute)

Then we wandered into a soi that was a little different... we won't be going back...OOPS!

A little boy started kicking Ed in the shin and saying 10 baht... we tried to convince him kicking someone is not the best way to get money!  He ended up chasing us down the road for a little bit!

Oh my the adventures of Bangkok!  Fun night....
