Wednesday I had Samart take me to The Big C again! It turns out the area where Tammy and I were lost for 2 hours Tuesday is right behind my hotel (about a 5 min drive).

Wowie wow wow wow! I love Healthland massage! Several people recommended trying heartland massage, so I had to go check it out! They are usually tucked in a shopping center and you don't know what to expect... Healthland is huge Building with 7 or 8 floors full of spa stuff!
I picked the Thai massage, I figure I should try it out! It was really really good, but very different than a normal massage.
It was a combo of yoga/ massaging/ stretching...

Wow! I want one....One of the Massage therapist where I go told me they were taking Thai Massage classes and it was like doing Yoga on the floor..Looks like it. How did you feel afterward? ;)
ReplyDeleteKrissy, how are you supposed to know what kind of foods those are?? I know they don't have nutritional labels on the packages. I hope there is somebody in the stores who speak English who can help you out. If not, don't eat it! The massage looks interesting. The way Yoga is integrated into the massage makes it more relaxing I am sure. Things are okay over here. I lost the truck keys in Big Lots today and I had to call Dick to come bring me the other set of keys. Never did find those darn keys. Dick got cheated out of a good nap too. Your blog cheered me up. :))) BT
