Friday June 8th we (my parents, Steve, me and Tammy) headed to the river to ride
on a boat and then take a klong adventure!
~Tammy and I are "in charge" of walking tours for the AWC so I figure between the 2 of us we can get to the place to rent the longtail boat and go klong exploring...
We take the BTS to the river and hop on the taxi with the orange flag...
Tammy looks at me and says that's funny last time I went toward Chinatown...
OOOPS we are on the right boat but going the wrong direction!
Oh well we will just sight see a little bit this way...
We go 2 stops and realize the are docking and we have to get off...OK I guess this is the end for us!
Now we go hop on a boat going the right way (sorry parents!!)!

They have this awesome setup where you stop by a temple and buy 2 loaves of bread from a monk for 20 baht and feed the fish!!
This was so fun!! The fish were nuts!

Afterward we headed on tuk-tuks back to Khao San Rd for sightseeing and for lunch!

We decided to go back and all have delicious pizza (where we went last week)!!
We went home and rested for a second and then John got home and we headed to Saxaphone pub!
We had planned to take cabs but our hotel recommended taking the BTS...
We head farther on the Sukhimvit line than we have ever been by 3 stops... we get of... we go kinda to the right exit but then of course I start leading us 15 or so minutes the WRONG WAY!
I am not on a roll today with directions!
We then try asking cabs and tuk-tuks and nobody can speak Eniglish.
We finally turn around and end up finding it (sorry parents and crew)!

John and I love these mugs! We ended up buying 4 to keep!!

Your mom and Steve together crack me up! I can only imagine being at the bar ready to leave while they're sneaking one more drink! Looks like a fun day!
